3. Limitation of Liability

SARTORIA EQUESTRE S.R.L. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of the services.

4. Orders and Shipping

Submitting an order represents a purchase request.

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with details of the ordered products and the total cost. The order is confirmed only after our acceptance email.

Sartoria Equestre S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before shipping, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping times and costs are indicated during the purchase. Any delays not dependent on us do not entitle you to any compensation.

Prices are indicated in euros and may be changed without notice (not for already confirmed orders).

Payment methods shown at checkout are available.

5. Payment Methods and Cancellation

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Products purchased from Sartoria Equestre S.r.l. will be shipped within 7 working days from the order and delivered within 7 working days in Italy, 10 in Europe and 15 in non-EU countries. We deliver worldwide.

Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, the customer must send an email to amministrazione@sartoriaequestre.com

6. Warranty

All products sold by Sartoria Equestre S.r.l. are covered by a standard 24-month warranty that only covers conformity defects present at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal use, improper maintenance, or customer interventions.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a clear communication via email or dedicated form.

The product must be returned within 14 days, intact and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

No withdrawal is provided for customized products, as stipulated by the Consumer Code.

8. Responsibility and Intellectual Property

SARTORIA EQUESTRE S.R.L. is not responsible for website malfunctions, errors in content, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products.

Content, texts, photos, logos, and designs present on the site are protected by copyright and cannot be copied or used without authorization.

9. Privacy and Applicable Law

The processing of personal data takes place according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer is competent as provided by art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code. In cases where the buyer does not qualify as a consumer, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Bergamo.
