SELLER INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>

This document governs the terms of sale of the products offered on sartoriaequestre.com.<\/p>

The website is operated by Sartoria Equestre S.r.l., with registered office in Via F.lli Bandiera 2, 24048 Treviolo (BG), Italy, VAT no. IT4778550162, REA BG488503, certified email (PEC) sartoriaequestre@mailcertificata.org.<\/p>

SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE<\/strong><\/p>

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales contracts concluded through the website. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms.<\/p>

Products are sold and shipped exclusively in Italy and in the countries of the European Union.<\/p>

CONSUMERS AND BUSINESS CUSTOMERS<\/strong><\/p>

Certain protections are reserved by law for consumers, namely natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity.<\/p>

Purchases made by consumers are fully covered by the protections of the Italian Consumer Code, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.<\/p>

Purchases made in the course of a business or professional activity, with indication of a VAT number, are not covered by the right of withdrawal or by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Code. The provisions of the Italian Civil Code apply instead, as specified in the following articles.<\/p>

PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>

Sartoria Equestre S.r.l. sells equestrian products, including horse blankets, clothing and accessories. The essential characteristics of each product are described in the relevant product page.<\/p>

Images are indicative: slight differences in colour or rendering may depend on the settings of the display device.<\/p>

The catalogue does not include made-to-measure products or products customised to the customer’s specifications; the exclusions from the right of withdrawal provided for such products therefore do not apply.<\/p>

PRICES<\/strong><\/p>

Product prices are expressed in euros. For consumers, prices include VAT.<\/p>

Prices may be changed at any time; changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.<\/p>

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order is completed.<\/p>

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>

The placing of an order by the Customer constitutes a purchase proposal. After submission, the Customer receives a summary email with the details of the products ordered and the total cost.<\/p>

The contract is concluded only upon the Seller’s email accepting the order.<\/p>

The Seller reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order before shipment in the event of product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, refunding any amount already paid.<\/p>

ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER<\/strong><\/p>

The Customer may request the cancellation of an order within 24 hours of submission, provided it has not yet been shipped, by writing to orders@sartoriaequestre.com.<\/p>

The consumer’s right of withdrawal, governed by the article “Right of withdrawal”, remains in any case unaffected.<\/p>

PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.<\/p>

Payments are handled through secure systems provided by the respective operators. The Seller does not store complete payment card details.<\/p>

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the procedures described in the Withdrawal Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>

Withdrawal may be exercised through the dedicated online function “Withdraw from the contract here” available in the orders area, or through the model withdrawal form. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of a business or professional activity.<\/p>

WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>

For consumers, all products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, covering conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.<\/p>

For customers purchasing in the course of a business or professional activity, the warranty for defects in the goods sold provided for by Articles 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code applies. The warranty lasts 12 months from delivery and defects must be reported within eight days of their discovery, under penalty of forfeiture.<\/p>

In both cases the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, incorrect maintenance or alterations carried out by the Customer.<\/p>

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>

The Seller delivers in Italy and in the countries of the European Union. Shipping times and costs are indicated during the purchase process and in the Shipping Notice published on the website.<\/p>

As an indication, orders are handed over to the courier within 7 working days of confirmation, with delivery within 7 working days in Italy and within 10 working days in the other countries of the European Union.<\/p>

Delays not attributable to the Seller do not give rise to any compensation, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.<\/p>

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>

Customers may submit complaints by writing to orders@sartoriaequestre.com; the Seller undertakes to reply without undue delay.<\/p>

Where applicable, consumers may resort to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies recognised under applicable law.<\/p>

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>

The Seller is liable within the limits and in accordance with the provisions of the law.<\/p>

The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer, nor for website malfunctions not attributable to its fault, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice in any case to the mandatory rights granted to consumers.<\/p>

Any limitations resulting in a total exclusion of liability towards consumers are null and void.<\/p>

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>

The contents, texts, photographs, logos and design elements on the website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.<\/p>

Their copying, reproduction or use, even in part, without the prior written authorisation of the Seller is prohibited.<\/p>

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>

The Customer’s personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the website, to which reference is made.<\/p>

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p>

These Terms are governed by Italian law.<\/p>

Disputes with consumers fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.<\/p>
