YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. For orders with several goods delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last good.<\/p>

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>

You may exercise your right of withdrawal in two alternative ways, at your choice. Both are equally valid and produce the same effects.<\/p>

Option 1 – Online withdrawal (recommended).<\/strong> Log in to your orders area and use the function “Withdraw from the contract here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>“, available throughout the withdrawal period. The procedure is completed in two steps: the withdrawal declaration and its confirmation. At the end you automatically receive, on a durable medium, an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of the declaration and the date and time of transmission.<\/p>

If you purchased as a guest, without an account, you can access the same function by retrieving your order using the order number and the email address used for the purchase.<\/p>

Option 2 – Written declaration.<\/strong> Alternatively, you may fill in the model withdrawal form (Annex I, Part B of the Italian Consumer Code<\/a><\/strong><\/span>), or make any other unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw, and send it to orders@sartoriaequestre.com. In this case too, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium without undue delay.<\/p>

There is no obligation to use the form: the online function is sufficient in itself. We do not apply procedures that make withdrawing more difficult than purchasing.<\/p>

RETURN OF THE GOODS AND RETURN COSTS<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.<\/p>

We invite you to ship the products in packaging adequate to protect them during transport, using the original packaging where possible: any transport damage due to insufficient packaging affects the assessment described below.<\/p>

INSPECTION OF RETURNED GOODS AND DIMINISHED VALUE<\/strong><\/p>

Upon receipt of the return, our staff inspect the condition of the product and document it photographically. The purpose of the inspection is to assess any diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>

You are liable only for such diminished value, which is deducted from the refunded amount in proportion to the actual loss of marketability of the product. You receive a copy of the photographic documentation and the details of the assessment applied. Simply trying the product, including its visual inspection and the verification of its characteristics, does not entail any deduction.<\/p>

Given the nature of the products, in particular blankets and padding, the assessment of diminished value follows the indicative bands set out in the table below.<\/p>

Placement in a band is determined by the actual condition of the goods documented during the inspection, not by the mere fact of having tried them.<\/p>

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision. The refund is reduced by any diminished value assessed according to the criterion described above.<\/p>

We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, at no additional cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

EVIDENCE AND PRIVACY<\/strong><\/p>

When you withdraw online, we record your declaration (name, identified contract, email address for the confirmation), your IP address and the date and time of transmission in a tamper-proof archive, in order to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and for evidentiary purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>
